Morning warmth, an after-dinner settle or the last hour before sleep. Every blend is composed for a time of day, so the choosing is half the ritual.

Steep with intention
Just-off-the-boil water over one bag or a heaped teaspoon of loose leaf. Cover the cup so the aromatic oils stay where they belong.
90–100°C · 5–10 min -
Sip, slowly
Add honey or lemon if the blend invites it, then sit with the cup. The pause is the point; the tea simply keeps you company.

The Herbal Apothecary began as a small shelf in the MK Holistic Clinic waiting room: a few jars of loose leaf that clients kept asking to take home. We have since turned those conversations into a full collection of original blends.
We start from pairings that herbal traditions have trusted for generations, then refine each recipe for flavour, balance and a calm, everyday cup. Nothing is rushed, and every bag carries the clinic’s mark.
